I am used to the interface. The customer service is accessible (chat, phone). I feel like my money is secure and safe. They have a mobile application, allowing me to trade anywhere. It is easy to transfer money into the account.
The commission costs are too high in my opinion. The app they have is outdated and does not take advantage of the touch screen of smartphones (basically an old style interface, where you have to click on each “button” or title, no swipe features or modern app-like design).
