Pros

Ease of use and options for diverse investing. I trust them due to being well known in the industry.

Cons

Possibly a better iOS app and keeping the fees reasonable. Otherwise, I don't find much at fault!

Pros

Cheap, fast, easy and good advice. The web interface is easy to use anywhere. Free trades and sometimes free events with dinner. Low fees and lots of option for mutual funds.

Cons

The trading platform takes too long to reflect a trade. Hard to find information without many entries. Hard to navigate the web page. Appointments with advisors can be hard to get.

Pros

Easy to use. Very helpful employees. Overall a very simple and pleasant experience.

Cons

Haven't had much good experience with other brokers, so now I deal mainly with Fidelity.

Pros

User-friendly, easy to navigate and see the information at hand.

Cons

Sometimes it gets confused, pulls up old accounts, doesn't allow me to delete previous accounts so they are constantly pulling up 401k's I never enrolled in from up to 12 years ago. Not useful.

Pros

Easy to use and low fees and plenty of choices for stocks and mutual funds, etc.

Cons

Their sales force doesn't listen very well. I was approached more than once to let them "manage" my account. I told them "no bonds" and every time they came back with a portfolio that included bonds.

Pros

I feel that the output is comprehensive and I have never felt spammed by this provider. Likewise, when I have called to speak to someone it has been very professional/helpful.

Cons

I have never had a negative experience with this provider. I have explored other providers and must say I felt like the support was not there but the cross-selling was!

Pros

I find the interface and ease of signing up to be a lot better compared to Vanguard.

Cons

I would like to see access to a few more products and services.

Pros

I stayed with Fidelity because there is a wealth of easy to use information on their website. You can research, set a watch list, set future trades and easily pull tax forms and statements. But I fell in love with Fidelity after discovering their app. When the market is rolling up and down, you can easily check your portfolio and even make adjustments from the well-designed app.

Cons

I wish I had more money to invest ;) But seriously, a beginnerโ€™s glossary or tutorial might be helpful.

Kellera C ๐Ÿ‘

Pros

It's very convenient to be able to check individual investments online or on my phone, and to make changes to my portfolio without having to wait for a person to be available.

Cons

Some of the interface was confusing at first, and I did need to involve a rep. After they explained the process, it was much easier, but additional training or in-app tips would have been helpful.

Pros

It is still quite user-friendly. I like the ability to build watchlists and set different kinds of alerts on stocks.

Cons

The interface on the app can be a little fidgety. Sometimes I simply can't scroll for no discernible reason.
